How do recurring shopping reminders work?
Choose an essential, tell us roughly how long it lasts and get a reminder before it may be due. Mark it bought to start the next estimate.
Does Stockivo automatically buy things?
No. You get a reminder and choose what happens. Stockivo never buys from a retailer without you.
Can I add a product that is not listed?
Yes. Enter any recurring household essential, name it yourself and choose your best-guess number of days.
How many essentials can I track?
The Free plan includes any six essentials. Unlimited removes the item limit for A$4.90 per month.
How does Unlimited billing work?
Unlimited is A$4.90 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payment details. You can manage cancellation and view invoices from your Stockivo billing page.
How do reminders arrive?
Stockivo sends an email before each item is due and a due-day check-in. Optional browser phone notifications can be switched on from Profile on compatible devices. SMS is not available yet.
Are reminder dates guaranteed?
No. Stockivo uses the timing you provide to estimate when an item may be due. Adjust the timing whenever your household rhythm changes.
Do I need to scan barcodes or connect my bank account?
No. You choose a product and tell us roughly how often you buy it. Optional barcode scanning can speed up adding an individual essential, but it is not required.
What household essentials can I track?
Choose from Home, cleaning & paper; Toiletries & personal care; Pet essentials; Baby essentials; and Medication & prescriptions. Food, pantry and other custom items you add appear together in their own section. Medication entries are stock and refill reminders only—not dosage or medical advice.
